On Saturday and Sunday, January 27th & 28th, Cross Branch Cowboy Church will host our fourth annual junior livestock show, The Winter Classic 2024at the fairgrounds in Paris, Texas.  This show has nearly tripled in size since we began, and it is still growing!  For this reason, we have had to make it a two-day event, and we are pleased to see exhibitors from multiple states showing their exceptional pigs, lambs, goats, and steers and heifers!  Breeding gilts, market hogs, as well as market lambs and goats will show on Saturday, January 27th.  Breeding heifers and steers will both show on Sunday, January 28th. There will be FREE SHOWMANSHIP for all!

All over the world the Spirit of God is moving, and Lamar County, Texas, is no exception! Join us as we welcome a great move of the Holy Spirit.

Typically, our doors are open every Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. for Sunday School, followed by worship service @ 10:30 a.m.; and, our doors are open for the Wednesday, Midweek Bible Studies, which begin at 7 p.m.  In a hurry, and haven't got time to eat?  We gotcha covered!   Whether it's biscuits and sausage gravy, stew, pizza, or fried chicken, we will surely have some food available.  Food is usually served starting at 6:15 p.m.  So, you get something for your body and spirit!

We encourage anyone who is ill and in need of prayer to put the word of God to the test.  In accordance with James 5:14, if you are sick, call upon the elders of the church, and we will lay our hands on you, anoint you with oil, and pray the prayer of faith, anticipating your healing.  Indeed, in recent years, the COVID virus has polarized the world in various ways, but our God is well able to heal the sick, for He is certainly more powerful than a virus.  In Jeremiah 32:27 the Lord declares, "Behold, I am the God of all flesh; is anything too difficult for Me?"
